"Kinder, Faster" Deluxe Token Bundle compatible with Catan™

Want a faster playing game of Catan™? Hate those games where the luck of the dice leaves you without any resources? Want a nice alternative to the "take that" of the robber?

Solve all that with this bundle of Top Shelf Tokens compatible with Catan™!
This set provides two simple rules modules to make your games of Catan™ faster and more friendly. Play with one or both.

First, the Gold Nuggets. On turns a player doesn't receive any resources, they get a gold nugget. On their turn, a player can trade gold nuggets for resources at a 2:1 trade rate (2 gold for 1 resource).
That's it. Now enjoy less hard feelings when the die rolls don't lean in your favor. And speed up the game in the process.
* We play that gold nuggets can't be stolen or taken from a player. But feel free to make your own rules on that.

Second, the Princess. Instead of a robber that steals and hinders players, the Princess enters the game to help and assist players! Any hex that the Princess is on allows settlements and cities to each produce one more resource of that type (settlements produce 2 resources, cities produce 3 resources).
Now players will be requesting and negotiating to put the "robber" ON their tiles! No more hard feelings or hindering the speed of the game. It's the opposite where the Princess speeds up the game and produces a sense of cooperation and camaraderie between players.

Two fairly simple rules to add to the game, along with some beautiful pieces have proven to improve our Catan™ experiences. We think they will for you, too.

These rules are unofficial and tested for high fun factor by Top Shelf Gamer staff. We have found that they make our games of Catan so much more enjoyable that we had to share them with you and the world.

The Princess rules are inspired from a "campaign Catan™" rule set available at the link below. We highly recommend trying out this campaign version of Catan™.
Catan - Settlers Legacy

The Gold Nuggets rules are probably inspired by some previously encountered rule set but we haven't been able to track down where that idea came from.

This set includes the following:

• 30 Gold Nuggets (hefty gold painted zinc.)
